I’m having an issue with a TestFlight External Testing Beta App Review and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
I submitted my app for External Testing 4 days ago, and it’s still waiting for review with no update.
I’ve already emailed Apple Developer Support twice, but I haven’t received a response to either email.
I also requested a call from Apple Developer Support. I was placed on hold for about an hour, but no one ever answered. Now, when I try to request another call, I get an error message and can’t submit the call request at all.
Has anyone experienced this recently? Is a 4+ day wait for TestFlight External Testing normal right now? And is there another way to reach Apple Developer Support or escalate the review when both email and phone support aren’t working?
Any advice or recent experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks!
