I can't use my Apple ID for the Developer Program because the developer site won't let me update my name, country, or basically any of my account details.
Apple Support keeps telling me to update the information at account.apple.com, but everything there is already correct. The Developer Program is still showing the wrong information and apparently has no phone support, so I'm told to contact them by email.
The problem is they haven't responded to a single email or support request I've submitted.
So I'm stuck with an Apple ID I can't use for the Developer Program, account information I can't correct myself, and a support team I seemingly can't reach.
