Hello,
I am completely stuck trying to complete my Apple Developer Program enrollment and I need help. Key details:
I have gone through the enrollment process multiple times.
Most recently I signed the license agreement, entered my card details (no CVV was requested), and received the email saying the order is being processed.
The account is still stuck on the “Purchase your membership – complete your purchase now” screen. I have opened multiple support cases and followed up by email. I have received no replies.
The “Request a Call” option is also not working. I have requested call-backs several times and Apple never calls.
This has been going on for over a month now and is extremely frustrating - I don't know if all Apple developers have gone through this, or it is just me. I am unable to move forward with development because of this blockage. Enrollment ID: 273KBDCBXB
Could someone please look into this enrollment and tell me what is still blocking it?
