Does a single-shareholder Guatemalan "Sociedad de Emprendimiento" qualify as a legal entity for Organization enrollment?

I'm trying to enroll my Apple Developer account as an Organization to resolve a Guideline 5.1.1(ix) rejection (my app handles sensitive health-related data and must be submitted by a legal entity rather than an individual).

I'm evaluating a "Sociedad de Emprendimiento" (S.E.) — a Guatemalan business entity type created by Decree 20-2018, which can be formed by a single shareholder and has its own separate legal personality distinct from the founder, similar in spirit to a simplified single-member corporation. It does not require a notarized deed to form, unlike a traditional S.A. (corporation) in Guatemala.

I have two questions:

Does this type of entity meet Apple's "legal entity" requirement for Organization enrollment, given that it has its own legal personality but isn't a traditional S.A., LLC, or limited partnership? Has anyone successfully obtained a D-U-N-S number for a Guatemalan Sociedad de Emprendimiento, or does D&B typically require a more conventional entity type (like S.A.) for accurate classification?

Any insight from developers who've gone through Organization enrollment with a less common or newly-created legal entity type (in Guatemala or elsewhere) would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Your question seems related to Developer Account I would recommend you to contact the developer account support at https://developer.apple.com/contact to make sure they are aware of the issue as that team is not monitoring the forums for privacy constraints.

They'll be able to provide you with a response there.
