Change Apple developer account email

Hello, We currently have the following problem: Our Apple developer account for our company's team is out of service. We payed the year fee, but when we did it we changed the original credit card related to it. The fee was taken from my new credit card, but Apple said that they need to check this new card authenticity. The problem is that we lost the email (for another reason) related to the Apple developer account, so we don't have a way to communicate with Apple. And when we tried changing it, it didn't recognize our answers. And we cant recover those because that is related to this lost email. So how can I contact Apple to change the account email and check why the account is not available even though we already played the fee? Thanks!
