Our organization's Developer Program enrolment (Team ID 2BRNS42LB6) has been suspended since early July, and we cannot get any response from Developer Program Support. Timeline:
- 30 June — Apple emailed our Account Holder requesting additional documentation for the enrolment.
- The "upload documents" link in that same email returns "you are not authorized", so the flow Apple provided to comply is inaccessible to us.
- 07 August — After contacting support, we were asked for identity documents and submitted them (case 20000131154705 ). We were told to expect contact within two business days.
- Since then: no response, and follow-up emails on the case go unanswered.
- The contact page offers no phone option for our account, so we currently have no working channel to reach anyone.
Meanwhile the suspension has real production impact: the Developer Portal reports "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID," and Sign in with Apple has stopped working entirely for our live app since 11 July — 80 existing users are locked out of their accounts, many reachable only via Apple's private email relay. Also we have submitted our app update for review, and it is the most important part of the year for our app (registration are mostly seasonal)
We are not disputing anything — we simply need someone to look at case 20000131154705 and either complete the review or tell us what is missing so we can provide it. Is there any way to get this case in front of the review team? We need to get live the new version as soon as possible
