Im enrolling as an organization (Zapit Technologies LLC) and my enrollment has been stuck on "Processing". My D-U-N-S number is active and correctly matches my legal entity name and address.
I was never prompted to complete payment — the enrollment has stayed in "Processing" without ever reaching the payment step, and I've received no requests for additional documents or any communication, or any email other than it is being processed.
I would greatly appriciate if you can take a look as it would help a lot. Thanks!
