When iOS installs an update, it re-flashes and revalidates the wireless firmware. On the 17 Pro Max, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on a combined wireless module, so if you can't use bluetooth on top of Wi-Fi, it might be a sign of hardware failure – is the issue intermittent? Troubleshoot with a known-good Wi-Fi and compare with a known-good device. Include these troubleshooting details in your new post.
