A week waiting for a simple update to be reviewed in expedited mode (did not abuse it).
Should I just cancel it and submit a new version release, what's going on?

App update stuck in expedited review for a week
My advice is NOT TO cancel and resubmit. It usually just makes matters worse. And brings your submission to the back of the queue.
