Unable to create forum posts?

Hi I'm currently trying to create a post within the developer forum.

I've tried several times but I keep getting an error with "content not found" after hitting "Post". When I check the browser dev tools I'm getting a http 403 error.

My system is: Firefox version 154 running on Linux Mint 22.3.

The screenshot below is the error page I get after I tried creating a post regarding Safari, Web Extensions.

Aha, I was unable to create a post under the Safari, sub-category Web extensions.

But I was able to publish the very same post content within Safari, sub-category General. So there seems to be some permission difference between the sub-categories General vs. Web Extensions.
