Dear Apple Developer Support,
I am writing regarding Case 20000145942990.
I am 22 years old and the owner of both the Apple Developer account and the Aradi project. Over the past year, I invested essentially all of my savings into developing and preparing this project for launch.
I fully respect Apple’s rules and have never knowingly engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest activity. It is extremely difficult to see more than a year of work and investment disappear overnight without even understanding what happened.
The development and App Store submission were handled with the assistance of third-party developers who accessed my account during the project.
I therefore respectfully ask Apple to clarify the specific activity or reason that triggered the Section 3.2(f) termination.
If possible, could you please provide:
- the date and approximate time of the activity that triggered the termination;
- whether it involved device/account linkage, a particular login, IP/network, App Store Connect activity, or an app submission;
- the device or account associated with that activity, if identifiable; and
- any other technical information Apple is able to share that would help me determine how this occurred.
I am not seeking to challenge Apple’s rules. I simply need to understand what happened, particularly whether the triggering activity may have resulted from access or actions undertaken by a third-party developer, and how I can protect myself and my project going forward.
I would sincerely appreciate Apple’s help and any clarification or further review you can provide.
Kind regards, Yousef Alali Aradi PropTech Portal L.L.C. S.O.C. Case ID: 20000145942990 Team: YOUSEF ALALI (RRAXP746FR)
