My app Wiit (version 1.0, first public release) has been in “Waiting for Review” for 7 days without moving to “In Review.”, whereas my first app took 24 hours a few months back.
I’ve seen several recent threads from other developers reporting similar delays, particularly with first submissions, so I’m wondering whether there is currently a broader App Review backlog.
For anyone currently submitting a first release: how long have you been waiting? And for those whose apps were eventually reviewed after a similar delay, how long did it take to move from “Waiting for Review” to “In Review”?
