I applied on the August 19th to the the developer program but not heard anything back apart from one email from Apple EU acknowledging the application and a request for documents. I'd like to know if I have given the correct documents and what is holding up the application and why it is taking nearly 2 weeks to even hear anything back?
I even tried calling but was on hold for 30 minutes in which I gave up in frustration. I opened a case last week via email but heard nothing back from that either (Case ID: 20000147133118).
It appears my application just for the developer program is stuck and it's frustrating as I'd like to make some progress with the development.
If anyone from Apple is reading this please get in touch or look at my application and let me know if I have satisfied the criteria and if not what steps needs to be taken to ensure this is the case?
