App Review delayed 5+ weeks by sequential Information Needed requests

My iOS app has been in the App Review process for over five weeks, despite the review already being expedited and escalated.

The problem is not that App Review has identified a set of issues that I am struggling to resolve. They generally have not identified substantive problems with the app. Instead, they repeatedly request ONE ADDITIONAL PIECE of information, demo recording, or specially configured review account AT A TIME.

I respond promptly and provide exactly what is requested. Then, often several days later, I receive another Information Needed response asking for something else that could seemingly have been requested during the previous review.

I have provided multiple demo accounts, purchase-flow demonstrations, extensive screen recordings, testing instructions, and additional documentation. At one point App Review specifically requested comprehensive materials to conduct a complete review, which I provided, but the same sequential pattern continued afterward.

This process has now delayed my launch by OVER A MONTH and cost my business THOUSANDS of dollars, despite my responding quickly to every request.

Has anyone experienced this kind of prolonged, piecemeal review? Is there a way to request that App Review complete the review and provide the full set of outstanding information or concerns at once, rather than continuing with individual requests days apart?

There are many similar complaints.

No. App Review is not quality control. If you find yourself needing to explain how your app works, then you may need to consider reworking your app. If App Review can't figure it out, customers might not fare any better.
