Individual to Organization migration disappeared without being completed
I first contacted Apple Developer Support by phone on August 21, 2026 to begin converting my Individual Apple Developer Program membership to an Organization membership.
On August 27, a support request was opened for the migration: Case 20000149209912.
On August 30, Developer Support confirmed that they understood I wanted to migrate my individual membership to a company membership and asked me to provide my valid 9-digit D-U-N-S number. I provided it that same day.
On September 1, I received another response, but instead of an update on the migration, I was told there was an issue with the name associated with my developer account. I replied and clarified the issue.
I then checked the Developer website and found that there was no longer any migration request showing as pending, but my membership had not been converted to an Organization. I also received a support survey after the support interaction was treated as completed.
At this point, I am concerned that the migration request was closed without the migration actually being completed.
Can Apple Developer Support please confirm whether there is still an active Individual-to-Organization migration associated with my account, or help restore or escalate the migration if it was closed prematurely?
