Hi everyone, it has been more than 10 days that my subscription request is "pending", I received an email 2 days after my initial payment asking for a document (I made a mistake by typing too fast and inversed my STATE & CITY), I sent the document but there is no feedback, plus there is no phone support available from France apaprently ("service currently not available"). I feel blocked and already paid the service.
