- [Appname] was taken, despite the name itself not appearing in App Store unless accompanied by a 3 word description like "AppName: Your Personalized Thing".
If I took that same approach and made it "Appname: A different thing", Apple permits it, which to me doesn't make much sense. Is this normal? It's as if I told you "Shmapp: A dating app" already existed and "Shmapp: A calculator app" is available for naming. Unless it shouldn't be and it's a bug on their end.
- Can an app be re-named after it's been submitted?
I would have loved if I could see a preview of what it might look like on the App Store before submitting it because it's still quite grey to me.
