Does anybody know how long Xcode takes preparing before starting downloading? Is one hour enough?
Xcode 26.6 does not download
Could you file a feedback report with a sudo sysdiagnose and xcrun simctl diagnose?
And does running the download from command-line workaround the issue?
xcodebuild -downloadPlatform iOS
