Title: Enrollment disappeared from account with no notification — WCV6L5LH9F

Hello,

My Apple Developer Program enrollment has vanished from my account with no explanation or notification, and I am hoping someone from Apple can tell me what happened.

Details:

  • Enrollment ID: WCV6L5LH9F
  • Support Case ID: 102965409792
  • Enrollment type: Organization
  • Enrollment submitted: 9/3/26, payment completed at that time

Timeline:

  1. Enrollment submitted and paid. Account showed "Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is WCV6L5LH9F."
  2. Status remained unchanged for over two weeks. No request for documentation, no verification call, no email beyond the original purchase confirmation.
  3. September 16: opened support case 102965409792. Received only the automated acknowledgment from Apple developer support. No substantive reply since.
  4. Phone support has been showing as unavailable on the Contact Us page, so the callback path has not been available to me.
  5. Today: the enrollment banner is gone entirely. My account page now shows "Join the Apple Developer Program" with an "Enroll today" button, as though no enrollment was ever submitted. The support case is no longer listed under open cases.

At no point did I receive a withdrawal or rejection notice. I have checked the inbox and spam folder of the email address associated with my Apple ID.

The membership fee has not been refunded to the card used.

Additional context, in case it is relevant:

  • I have not submitted a duplicate enrollment at any point
  • 2FA is enabled on the Apple ID
  • [For organizations: the D-U-N-S number on file is active and the legal entity name matches the D&B record exactly]

My questions:

  1. Was this enrollment withdrawn or rejected, and if so, for what reason?
  2. Is there anything required from me — identity documents, entity verification, corrected information — to complete it?
  3. Should I submit a new enrollment, or would doing so create a conflict with the existing record?

I would rather fix whatever the underlying issue is than re-submit blindly and end up in the same state. Any guidance from Apple staff or from developers who have seen an enrollment disappear this way would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

Correction to the D-U-N-S line above: our D-U-N-S number is active and the legal entity name on the enrollment matches our D&B record exactly. Also confirming the membership fee has not been refunded — the charge from 9/3 is still on the card.
