If anyone can help, we're in a pinch trying to patch an app over the weekend.
Our domain was captured in Apple Business Manager. The Apple Account holding our Apple Developer Program membership is on that domain, and sign-in now hits a blocking interstitial asking for a replacement email address. The Account Holder, thus cannot log in to accept new Apple terms to allow publishing the fixed app.
The deadline in the update flow renders blank — it reads "Starting , you will no longer be able to use..." with no date.
Any address entered is accepted and the flow says a code was sent, but no code ever arrives. Reproduced across three unrelated mail providers. Message trace on a tenant we administer shows no inbound delivery attempt from Apple at all, so this is not receiving-side filtering.
The account therefore cannot pass the interstitial and cannot reach App Store Connect. Only rename is offered, with no transfer-to-organization option.
Already tried multiple addresses and domains, different browsers and private sessions, and the Sign-In & Security path on a device already signed in.
There appears to be no way for other admins to do anything helpful because Account Holder transfer and agreeing to terms is locked to only the one account.
From research, it appears this a long standing, commonly reported issue with the Domain Capture rename flow. Is there a supported way to complete the rename when the verification email is not being generated? Any other types of emails to try. We had issues setting up an @icloud.com email, but we ran into issues (including a broken captcha) and were also reading that was a bad idea.
Apple support 888 number said we had to talk to developer support and they couldn't transfer us. Said to submit a ticket asking them to call us back which we did, but haven't heard back.
