I have domain "qlkho.bluesofts.net" mapping to IPv6 but i don't know Apple test my App can not connect to my server.
Please anyone running IPv6 ping/test it for me?

You can ping6 in Terminal or find IPV6 address:
Here it is for your site
$ host -t AAAA qlkho.bluesofts.net
qlkho.bluesofts.net has IPv6 address 2402:5300:405::5
In my case, I cannot ping6 (UDP Connect: no route to host)

I have fixed domain "qlkho.bluesofts.net" with IPv6. Please test it for me once more?

but still no route to host (may be it's a problem on my side ?)

Are you testing on machine that running IPv6? I test on domain "qlkho.bluesofts.net" on machine running IPv4 it is "UDP connect: No route to host"
I test on http://ipv6test.google.com/ it is fine.
