Hi Team, I’m trying to sign in to my company’s Apple Developer account using padmavathisiddi@negentropyllc, but I’m receiving the following message: “This Apple Account has been locked for security reasons. You must unlock your account before signing in.”
When I click Unlock Account, I either receive:
- “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable”
- “Apple ID is not valid or unrecognized”
It’s possible the account was locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. Could you please help us understand how we can unlock the account and restore access to the Apple Developer account? Thank you for your assistance. Best, Padma
