Forum editor deletes text from attachments

Attaching a C program which has a #include of the form #include <stdlib.h> strips the text after the #include literal. For example, consider the attached file in this current discussion, it should show up as:

#include <stdlib.h>
int main() {
}

but instead shows up as:

#include
int main() {
}

It looks like the presence of < and > characters causes this behaviour in the forum software.

Indeed. This is a known bug in the forums platform (r. 136655649)-: The easiest workaround is to upload your content to a file sharing service (GitHub Gists are popular for this) and then post the URL.
