Hi all,
On Sept 23, 2026, I purchased a renewal for a developer account that had lapsed awhile ago. Apple sent an "Order Placed" email which I have so clearly payment was applied correctly however when I log in (using the same email as was used for purchase), I'm shown that I need to still purchase a membership and that my account is Pending. Is there anyway I can have someone from Apple review this? It seems like this forum is the only way to seek support.
