At our last verified account check on October 3, the account still showed “Dustoff Designs LLC (Pending)” and “Your enrollment is being processed.” No additional verification request or membership payment step was displayed.
Could the Apple Developer Program team please review this enrollment and the existing support case, confirm whether any verification or documents remain outstanding, and provide the next steps and an expected timeframe? If another team handles this, please help route the request to the appropriate enrollment specialist.
Several of our apps are ready for submission, but we cannot submit them under Dustoff Designs LLC until the organization enrollment is completed. This delay is disrupting our planned launches and negatively affecting the company’s business prospects. Please prioritize reviewing our existing enrollment and support case, and follow up through the email address on file with a concrete status update and any remaining steps we need to complete.
