Organization enrollment pending since 3 September with no verification contact - Pending Product Release

Hello Apple Developer Support,

I'm posting on behalf of our CTO, Kevin, who submitted our organization's enrollment on 3 September 2026. That was 32 days ago. Apple's confirmation email said we would hear from you once you verified his authority to bind the organization to the Apple Developer Program legal agreements. Kevin is waiting for the verification phone call. We have yet to receive a call or any email from Apple since the confirmation.

Could someone with access to organization enrollments assist? If anything is missing on our end, we can provide it right away.

• Enrollment contact: Kevin (CTO), using his company address at aembit.io.

Please:

1. Confirm whether the signing-authority verification call for K7VTBN858A has been attempted, and whether you have a working phone number for Kevin.
2. Tell us if any document or detail is missing that would hold the enrollment.
3. Tell us if there's anything we should do to move it forward, such as calling support or opening a case.

This enrollment is blocking signing and notarization for a macOS release we have planned for late October (now only weeks away).
