This is inspired by a thread I made on a different subject. The point is a response from an Apple person that I've read before. Things that have no documentation header at all require you to go to these forums to get the hidden knowledge. Is it feasible to fill in the blank items?
Do you know what else gets stuck if there's no documentation? Agents. And they can't join the forums and ask about out-of-band knowledge.
