Today officially marks Day 40 of my overall submission journey, and my app has now been stuck strictly "In Review" for 11 consecutive days. There is no rejections, and no testers reaching out. Just absolute silence. My support cases (102987332129 and 102986862146) were "escalated" to the internal team days ago, but there has been no action or update from them whatsoever. Since a normal review takes 24 to 48 hours, an 11-day "In Review" status clearly shows that my binary is technically locked or stuck in a backend queue. I am kindly begging any Apple Engineer, App Store Connect Specialist, or Moderator here to please look into my account and manually unfreeze this submission. We desperately need this resolved.
