Award-winning wallet’s developer account terminated while company verification is blocked by portal issues

Apple terminated our organization’s developer account effective immediately under Section 3.2(f). We’re trying to get the decision reviewed, but we can’t access the company verification option Apple requested.

The email says to click “Add User Info” in App Store Connect. That button isn’t there. The developer agreement page keeps redirecting without letting us proceed. The only support form we can reach is for account-access issues.

We’re ready to submit our company documents. We have screenshots and a screen recording of the problems. The termination notice cites fraudulent conduct without explaining the specific issue.

Has anyone experienced this and successfully got their account reviewed? Could someone from Apple help us reach the reinstatement team and provide a working way to submit the documents?

For context, on October 7, Apple emailed us asking us to visit the Business section in App Store Connect, click “Add User Info,” and follow the prompts. The email also directed us to Apple Developer Support if we had any questions.

However, there is no “Add User Info” button visible in our portal. When we follow the contact link provided in the email, it repeatedly redirects without letting us reach support.

We’re ready to provide the requested company information, but we need a working way to submit it.

We’ve always made a good-faith effort to follow App Review’s guidelines and address any feedback.

We’d appreciate the opportunity to understand and resolve Apple’s concerns.
