Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual so I can release apps on the App Store, but I keep hitting this error: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” Details: Enrolling as an Individual Account has existed for several years (not a new/spam account) I’m a student Error appears every time I try (both on web and in the Developer app) No Enrollment ID is shown I’ve already checked that my legal name matches my Apple ID and that two-factor authentication is enabled. Has anyone else run into this exact message recently and resolved it? I’ve also submitted a support request via developer.apple.com/contact under Membership and Account → Program Enrollment. If anyone from Apple sees this or if other developers have tips (account flags, region mismatches, etc.), I’d really appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

Enrollment could not be completed – Individual account (long-standing Apple ID)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual so I can release apps on the App Store, but I keep hitting this error:

“Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.”

Details:

Enrolling as an Individual
Account has existed for several years (not a new/spam account)
I’m a student
Error appears every time I try (both on web and in the Developer app)
No Enrollment ID is shown

I’ve already checked that my legal name matches my Apple ID and that two-factor authentication is enabled. Has anyone else run into this exact message recently and resolved it?
