Hello, I'm a solo developer and my app Aperia: Skin Intelligence (Apple ID 6781202703) has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" far longer than normal. I'm hoping someone from App Review can check whether there's a hold on my account or submission. Current submission ID: 5919deea-1cb9-4980-92b4-d32806e2b2c4, submitted 30 September 2026 — still "Waiting for Review" after 13 days. Previous submission (ID 4163c9da-08f0-4eb7-a558-0a803b07a020) sat in "Waiting for Review" for 11 days before I cancelled and resubmitted. I've opened two support cases (102962839068, 102991074950) with no substantive response. Everything on my side is complete and unchanged: Agreements, Tax, and Banking are active; build 1.0.0 (35) is live on TestFlight; a working demo account is in the App Review Information notes; and I've addressed every prior item, including the Guideline 2.1 face-data information request. The submission includes the app plus three auto-renewable subscriptions. Could someone please check whether there is a hold on my account or this submission and help move the review forward? As a solo developer I've been blocked from launching for months. Thank you very much.

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 13 days — second consecutive multi-week stall, no response to support cases

I'm a solo developer and my app Aperia: Skin Intelligence (Apple ID 6781202703) has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" far longer than normal. I'm hoping someone from App Review can check whether there's a hold on my account or submission.
