We have been trying to renew our membership for the UPSPOT SOFTECH PVT LTD account through the mobile app and here, but we are unable to see the renewal option.
Any support on this would be greatly appropriated
Membership renewal
I'm having the same issue and I've called and emailed support multiple times with no response. My app is not available to download until I renew but there is no link to renew. I am also unable to view and accept the update to an agreement. I would love to understand if this can be fixed soon.
