For the last 24 hours any app I push to my internal test flight when a user try’s to download they get “the requested app does not exist“ this hasn’t happened before the same app was working the previous day, previous versions that worked now also don’t work
inopened a support case 24 hours ago and have yet to hear back, this is hampering me being able to update my app .
trying to create a public test flight now also just errors with “please try again later”
I am experiencing the same thing. I have a live app on the App store. But when I create a new version for update, and try to install the TestFlight app for testing, I get the message "Could not install [app name]. The requested app is not available or doesn't exist". I have also opened a support case. Please let me know if you learn anything. Thanks!
3 days in still not functional. no reply to my ticket this is unacceptable for a paid service
@Itconor checl the other thread here, there’s a guy who told me he redirected it to the team, I have the issue since yesterday so I cannot say if that works but you can still try to tell him and give hin your ticket number from the feedback app:
still no response in nearly a week on my apple support requests, is this what we pay the fee for non working accounts and no support or even acknowledgement from apple is ridiculous
