Hi everyone,
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the $99 fee a week ago, but my account status is still stuck on "pending".
Strangely, during the identity verification process, the only document option available to me was a driver's license. I found this a bit unusual, but I went ahead and provided a scan of my license. Since then, I haven't received any emails, requests for additional information, or updates from Apple.
The payment has already been deducted from my account, but I still don't have the ability to create or publish any apps.
Is there any way to get more information from Apple regarding what is causing the delay? Has anyone else experienced this recently, and how long did it take to get resolved? Thanks in advance for any advice!
