Apple Developer Membership active but App Store Connect still shows “Membership Expired” after renewal

Apple Developer Membership expired on 2026-10-15, renewed on 2026-10-17 23:11 (UTC+8)

Till 2026-10-19 10:00 AM (UTC+8), App Store Connect still shows “Membership Expired”, and my app has not been recovered as available on App Store now.

According to https://developer.apple.com/help/account/membership/renewal/, "If you renew after your membership expires, your renewal will activate when you complete the renewal process and any free apps you had available for download will become available again within 24 hours.", my app should be available within 24 hours.

Below are the similar issues,

I hope Apple Developer Support can apply the same fix to my account.

Problem Solved. According to the Apple Developer Support team, an systematic issue caused the Apple Developer Program License to have an abnormal expiry date. Now licenses released again with fixed expiry date.
