Hey all! To keep this short.
I initially signed up for Developer with my personal Apple ID. I decided that I wanted to operate under my LLC instead. I reached out to Apple to start the migration process. They were responsive to all the emails at first. They requested proof that I own the LLC, which I provided promptly.
It has now been 4+ weeks, and my account migration is still pending. I have opened new cases, followed up, etc., and have heard nothing back from Apple on this.
Essentially I feel like I am in an endless loop with no exit in sight. I am a paying customer looking to launch products, and the support team has been of no help.
Has anyone experienced this, and what is the best course of action to escalate this?
