Dear App Review and App Store Connect teams,
It has now been five days since we submitted our iOS update on October 14, 2026, and this issue is still unresolved. This is urgent: we cannot cancel the affected submission or replace its build.

The review states appear inconsistent. Our verified checks showed the submission as IN_REVIEW, the app version as WAITING_FOR_REVIEW, and the submission item as READY_FOR_REVIEW. The version screen still shows Waiting for Review, while the submission details show In Review.
Cancellation through App Review in the web interface and authenticated App Store Connect web-session requests failed with HTTP 409 STATE_ERROR.ENTITY_STATE_INVALID: "Resource cannot be canceled at the moment, please try again later." Attempts to remove the submission item or detach the build were also rejected because of the current state. We have verified that the signed-in account has Account Holder and Admin roles with access to all apps, so the required account permissions are present.
We contacted Apple Developer Support in Korea and were told the App Review team needed to take action. We have requested engineering escalation and a server-side investigation. An expedited-review request was also accepted, but the issue remains unresolved.
We additionally filed this as an urgent technical issue through Feedback Assistant (FB25234462), including error details and screenshots. We have not received a response to that report yet, and we still do not know when corrective action will be taken.
This appears to be a possible App Store Connect submission-state synchronization problem. We understand that review times vary, but the conflicting states and inability to cancel leave us unable to take action ourselves.
Could App Review and App Store Connect engineering urgently check whether this submission is actually progressing or blocked, restore a consistent state, and safely cancel it so we can edit the version and prepare the next submission? Please leave the currently released version unaffected and provide a concrete next step.
