Apple’s expedited-review confirmation says, “We’ll expedite review for Ace BL.” As of October 19, the current submission and all six included items still show Waiting for Review. The pairing demo video is attached in App Review Information.
Developer Support case 102993322838 has been escalated. We have also followed up through App Review Status case 102997682871. Phone support currently shows unavailable because of high call volume.
Please confirm that the accepted expedite is attached to this submission and tell us if any information or reviewer access is missing. We can respond through App Store Connect or the existing support cases. We would appreciate a concrete next step and an update on who is handling the escalation.
