Why can apps not promote iPhone Duo updates?

I have updated my app, Peak, to be ready to support iPhone Duo on day one. I have also submitted an App Store event to promote this. It says "Peak is ready for iPhone Duo".

Except apparently it's not okay to do. The event is being rejected for using the iPhone Duo trademark in an "inappropriate manner".

Could someone please explain to me how advertising that an app which is made for Apple platforms and sold on the Apple App Store, has been updated for Apple's newest iPhone is "inappropriate"?

Meanwhile there are also multiple apps that have been approved with similar wording.

Here are just half a dozen in-app events I came across which explicitly mention iPhone Duo:

So why am I not allowed to convey iPhone Duo support to my customers? Why can't the App Store review all apps equally?
