Waiting for Review since Oct 10, expedited review accepted Oct 16

Hi,

My app Newton - Local AI Assistant (previously VxNewton), version 1.0 (build 3), has been Waiting for Review since October 10, 2026 at 10:40 AM PDT.

Apple asked for more information under Guideline 2.1. I provided the answers, demo videos, and licensing documents before resubmitting.

I contacted support on October 13, and Apple accepted my expedited review request on October 16. It is still Waiting for Review. The phone support option keeps showing as unavailable when I check.

Could someone from Apple check whether anything is holding this up and confirm that the expedite is applied to this submission? Please let me know if anything else is needed from me.
