My app has been Waiting for Review for such a long time now. Frankly, I'm quite sick of this. If anyone at Apple can do anything, please help. I understand that review times can vary but this seems EXTREMELY excessive.

Same here, we're all in the same boat. A lot of developers are stuck in "Waiting for Review" right now, and Apple hasn't addressed it or told us anything about it. That isn't a good look. Even a short update on expected review times would help a lot.
TEN different requests for assistance submitted via Apple Developer. Each is 2 forms, 1 ticket logged. Still nothing.
