We’re hoping someone can give us some insight into why it is taking so long for our app to be reviewed even when we have expedited it.
We submited on 9/30 and Apple has gone silent since 10/12 after their second rejection.

Sep 30: Submitted for review
Oct 8: Rejected under Guidelines 5 (CallKit/China) and 2.1 (demo account access). We removed China as a territory, provided new credentials and login steps, and resubmitted the same day.
Oct 12: Rejected under Guideline 3.2 (Business). We answered all five questions in the Resolution Center and resubmitted within 30 minutes.
Oct 12 to today: Status has stayed at Waiting for Review with no response.
Oct 20: We sent a follow-up in App Store Connect and called Developer Support. After a long hold, the agent couldnt help us at all.
