This new "feature" of auto opening music controls on watch when playing music on the phone is horrid and a serious regression in usability. How the **** can I disable it? I do not sync music to my watch and when I am at my desk or driving and go to look at my watch, I want to see my watch. I am almost to the point of not wearing it anymore.
Disable music controls on watch
Go to the watch app on your phone, settings, general, wake screen and turn off “auto launch audio apps”.
