Hello App Review team,
Our iOS app remains Waiting for Review after we replied to a Guideline 2.1 information request and resubmitted it on 17 October. Our response includes isolated demo access, detailed explanations and physical-device recordings.
An expedited review request was accepted on 15 October. The confirmation said a resubmission would automatically return to the expedited queue. Existing Developer Support follow-ups have received automated acknowledgements but no case-specific answer.
How can we confirm whether the resubmission retained expedited status and is correctly routed? Could App Review staff advise whether any specific developer action is required and how to route the existing private support case to the responsible team?
App identifiers, support case details, credentials and recordings remain in the private support case and App Store Connect. Thank you.
Waiting for Review after resubmission despite accepted expedited review
An accepted expedited request is helpful, but it still doesn't guarantee an immediate start or expose the internal queue status. In App Store Connect, I'd first confirm that the current submission is the one you expect and that there isn't a new message or action under App Review or Resolution Center. Since support already has the private details, follow up on that same case with the current version/build, submission date, and the expedite confirmation, and ask them to confirm whether the resubmission is linked to that request. I wouldn't withdraw and resubmit just to try to trigger the queue again.
