Our first iOS release, KanChinese: Learn Chinese HSK (Apple ID 6819210106), version 1.13.34, was first submitted on October 7, 2026. It was reviewed on October 17 and we fixed every point raised (camera and photo permission text, account deletion, with a screen recording in the review notes). We resubmitted the same day, and it has been in Waiting for Review since October 17. We opened support case 102997347616 but have not received an update. Is there anything we need to provide? Thank you.
First release stuck in Waiting for Review since October 17
Since this was resubmitted on October 17, the current review queue starts from that resubmission. If the app is still marked Waiting for Review, there may not be anything else you can change in the build right now. Make sure the camera and photo permission explanations match what the app actually does, and that the account deletion flow is easy to find; keep the physical-device recording in the review notes in case the reviewer needs it again.
You’ve already opened a support case, so I’d follow up there with the current submission ID and ask whether they need anything else from you. I wouldn’t withdraw and resubmit again just to try to move the queue, since that can reset the wait.
