Learn Norwegian stuck in Waiting for Review — no response from Apple Support

Hello Apple App Review Team,

Our iOS educational application, Learn Norwegian, was submitted for review on October 10, 2026, and remains stuck in “Waiting for Review” as of October 22, 2026.

It has now been 12 days without the review starting.

Application details:

  • App Name: Learn Norwegian
  • Apple ID: 6817462620
  • Bundle ID: Krane.LearnNorwegian
  • Category: Education
  • Submission Date: October 10, 2026
  • Current Status: Waiting for Review
  • Apple Developer Support Case ID: 103002775283

Actions already taken:

  1. We submitted the application for review on October 10, 2026.
  2. We contacted Apple Developer Support regarding the prolonged delay.
  3. On October 14, 2026, we re-accepted the Paid Applications Agreement. All required agreements are active.
  4. We addressed the previously reported issues and followed up with Apple Support.
  5. We submitted an Expedited Review request.
  6. We have received no substantive response to our follow-up email or expedited review request.
  7. Our previous support case was closed, but the application remains in “Waiting for Review”.

Our concern:

We understand that review times can vary. However, 12 days without any progress, combined with the lack of response from Apple Support and the Expedited Review team, is extremely concerning.

We are an independent developer, and this unexplained delay is preventing us from launching our completed application.

We would appreciate answers to the following questions:

  • Is our application actually in the App Review queue?
  • Is there a technical or administrative issue blocking the review?
  • Why has our Expedited Review request received no response?
  • Can someone from the App Review team investigate our submission and help resolve this situation?

We are not asking for preferential treatment. We are simply requesting a review of our submission and a clear explanation of the delay.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
Learn Norwegian Development Team

If the version is still Waiting for Review, you have answered the previous questions, and the agreements show active, I would leave the submission in the queue rather than upload another build just to reset the wait. In the existing support case, ask them to confirm whether the submission is in the review queue or whether there is an account or submission hold, and include the version/build and submission ID. An expedited request is only a request, so it may not get a separate reply or a guaranteed review time. If you receive a new Resolution Center message, respond there so it stays attached to this submission.
