Hello App Review team,
My app has been sitting in "Waiting for Review" since October 2, 2026 (22 days) and has never moved to "In Review." I have received no messages in App Store Connect and no email from App Review beyond the initial "Thank You for Submitting Your App."

Free app, no in-app purchases. The Free Apps Agreement is active.
The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement issued October 13 was accepted the same day.
App Review contact information and review notes are filled in. No sign-in is required to use the app.
I have not cancelled or resubmitted, to avoid losing my place in the queue.
I submitted an expedited review request on October 24.
Could someone confirm whether this submission is actually in the review queue, or whether an account-level hold on this new membership is preventing it from being picked up? I am happy to provide anything else you need.
