Our first iOS app, Tiddlers & Nippers (App ID 6820911427, version 1.0.1), was first submitted on 13 October. We removed and resubmitted it on 21 October, and it has stayed in “Waiting for Review” since then without moving to “In Review”.
There are no messages from App Review, all agreements are accepted in App Store Connect, and we’ve submitted an Expedited Review request. We’ve also tried Developer Support by phone several times without getting through.
The Android version is already live on Google Play. We have a customer giveaway closing on 8 November, promoted on our parcel inserts and social media, and our iPhone customers can’t take part until the app is approved.
Could someone from App Review confirm that the submission is in the queue, and tell us whether we need to do anything?
