I am the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program Organization membership (TINY TOY COMPANY).
Our membership expired on October 20, 2026, and our apps are no longer available on the App Store.
The problem:
- No Renew Membership button on the Apple Developer website.
- No renewal option in the Apple Developer app.
- I am signed in as the Account Holder.
- I have checked the subscription and purchase history.
- I also have a separate Individual Developer membership, but I need to renew the Organization membership only.
I have contacted Apple Developer Support three times without receiving a response. Phone support is not available in my region.
I have the original payment receipt, but the subscription was purchased using a different Apple Account, which may be causing the issue.
My questions:
- How can I renew my Organization membership when the renewal option is missing everywhere?
- Can Apple manually restore the renewal option or relink the subscription to the correct account?
- Has anyone experienced this issue and successfully resolved it?
This is urgent, as our apps remain unavailable and our business is being affected.
I would greatly appreciate assistance from Apple Developer Support or anyone who has resolved this issue.
