I have currently been on hold for three hours. It is sad how little apple prioritize or even cares about peoples time. 28 days without a review and you have officially waste 18 afternoons on hold. I cant believe I paid for this.
3 hour hold for app review
I am experimenting similar issue for more than 3 weeks wait and no single update. What phone line are you using if it is possible to share. I couldn't find a phone number anywhere
